Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email of receipt. Your order will be dispatched within 4-5 working days. On dispatch you will receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 3-5 days from day of dispatch on all domestic orders.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your purchase is eligible for exchange if it meets the following conditions:
• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email
• If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect
• Exchange for a size to fit better.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
If you would like to exchange any of the items purchased please contact our care team at , with the subject line as RETURN/REFUND within 3 days of delivery.
We can offer only a single replacement of the product purchased, and a second replacement will not be entertained. A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact, or the replacement cannot be initiated. A charge of Rs 200/- will be levied on returns and this will be deducted from the amount that will be returned to you from your purchase. No additional charge will be levied on an Exchange.
Please obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once we receive the item/s in the above mentioned condition, the exchange will be initiated, and may take upto 10 working days.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, but offer store credit, which is valid for a period of 90 days only on the website

International Exchange Policy
An order can be cancelled from your account before it is shipped.
If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the item and we will process your refund through Paypal. Shipping charges are not refundable and will not be part of the refund initiated back.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us undamaged.

Any Cancellation needs to be done with in the 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours no cancellation query shall be entertained.
When the payment is made in cash then the refund shall be processed by mode of NEFT only in the registered name of the customer.
When the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of online payment) then the amount will be credited back to the same account from which the payment is made.
Online refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days.
